Super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere. Outstanding and brilliant meals.

The staff is kind and courteous. The units are fine, incredibly comfortable with bath and balcony.

The weather was warm sunny, had excellent stay at great value for money. The place was reasonably priced. The location was perfect and good, so close to the centre of town and easily accessible. Visited Bar el Frontero for a few drinks, it was not too far from the hotel, recommend.

It was an exceptionally nice and ideal location just next door to church, the desert, and the outskirts of Belorado. Very good service, though a few employees were highly unprofessional.

There were hard beds.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Belorado. The room was clean and cozy, and the kitchen and laundry facilities were very convenient. The highlight of my stay was the refreshing swim in the swimming pool after a long day. The garden and terrace area were also a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was a fine experience. Absolutely fantastic and gorgeous hotel, the services were good, unbeatable location very close to church for evening Mass. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating and multi-channel TV in the room. A tub in the bathroom was a plus. Location: the property was right by the main square. Went to Bar el Frontero for drink or two, set within a close distance from the hotel...

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was good! Perfect location, we were so close to centre of the city.

We were in a marvellous and incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from Iglesia de Santa Maria. Moreover, it was very close to the grocery store, restaurant and bar and the Garain cafe which was fab. Greatly enjoyed staying at the triple room with good size bathroom.

Convenient location on the Camino with albergue and hotel sections. Good WiFi. Excellent pilgrim dinner. Basic but clean hotel room with great shower. Excellent value for tired Camino hikers.

everything is very good here, had an enjoyable stay at great value for money. make sure to get twin room with shower, a bathroom, the fresh. the good onsite bar serves cool drinks.

Thank you for a good stay. I find the hotel gorgeous, fairly clean and the staff is very very helpful and really helpful. Their rooms are always neat and huge with cool air circulating, bath and balcony. The location is ideal, a couple of blocks away from city center. One of tourist spots - Plaza Mayor - is not too far from the property, liked that.

Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted and offered a refreshing glass of orange juice. The staff spoke some English but made an effort to communicate effectively. They were incredibly helpful and even arranged a taxi service for my friend's late-night airport pickup. The bar had a great selection of snacks and lunch options, and the pelegrino meal was delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, and they had the central heating on, ensuring a cozy stay. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and terrace area, perfect for relaxing. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel A Santiago.

A recently renovated and quiet little place to stay in Belorado. Comfortable quiet and beautiful room with private bathroom. Magnificent location to the Garain cafe which was fab and superbly friendly and amicable staff. Also - not far from the desert, and centre of town.

All in all everything was good, had a fab stay for one night. The staff was kind, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The restaurant was great with good service, I tried fresh dishes.
